Tomato pulp, olive oil, fresh chilli pepper, onion and salt are the ingredients for this sauce. Their balance is what brings out the distinctive flavour of the fresh chilli pepper, making it pleasant and subtle. The ideal condiment to our grooved pasta Quillis, this sauce is also excellent with fresh pasta. This is not an industrial product and must be stored in a cool, dry place away from sources of heat.
