Our organic tomato pulp is made with tomatoes grown in the Tuscan hills round Siena. Tomatoes ripen naturally in the sun and are free from chemical herbicides, insecticides, preservatives or additives according to Organic farming standards. Tomatoes are hand picked and selected with great care. They are chopped and canned with salt and a basil leaf. Finally they undergo a quick pasteurization process ensuring their safety and allowing them to keep for a long time (3 years) without losing their taste and flavour, typical of freshly picked tomatoes.
