Our Pesto is made traditionally with D.O.P certified Ligurian basil from PrĂ (Genoa), Italian pine nuts, Tuscan extra virgin olive-oil, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, Roman Pecorino cheese, salt and fresh garlic. It is a fresh product, not subjected to high temperature pasteurisation, otherwise its fresh basil flavour would be lost. Our Pesto is absolutely genuine and free from additives, colourings or preservatives.
