Our Penne are made in Gragnano (Naples) which has been a well known centre of durum wheat pasta production since the beginning of XVIII c.Here pasta is still made as in the past: Italian durum wheat, mountain water, bronze drawplates, slow low-temperature oven drying, similar to natural sun drying… that’s the secret of unique- tasting pasta.
