Handmade macaroni 8.8 oz

This type of Macaroni (called “garganelli” in Romagna) is a traditional specialty of the local cuisine. To prepare them, small dough diamonds are rolled up sideways, into fluted macaroni using a wooden stick called “pettine” (literally “comb”). In ancient times this tool was considered so precious as to be given to would-be brides.
