Potato gnocchi 17.6 oz

For our gnocchi, fresh potatoes (minimum 70%) are steamed, peeled, mashed and eventually mixed with common wheat flour, eggs and salt. Gnocchi are then spread with sunflower oil so that they do not stick together. In summer we only use a special quality of fresh potatoes called “Novelle” which make our gnocchi even softer and enhance their straw-yellow colour. From June to August, the use of “Patate Novelle” is specified on the package.
