The unique flavour of Croccante reminds us of the fairs, feasts, market stalls.. of our childhood. It is made with genuine ingredients, Italian almonds, sugar and caramel mixed together. The mixture is rolled out with a wooden rolling pin, cooked in the oven for few minutes, then moved on to a marble table (allowing it to cool immediately) and hand cut. Ideally served warm with a glass of good Prosecco wine.
