Our Gnocchi are obtained working exclusively with fresh choice potatoes, steamed, peeled and sieved, to which are added only other natural ingredients such as flour ( type "0" ), eggs and salt. They are then spread with sunflower oil so that they will not stick together. In the summer period only fresh new potatoes are used, which grant the product an even greater softness and a straw-coloured intense colour.
