Coffee is bought directly in the country of origin from choice suppliers who guarantee absolute quality. after undergoing chemical analysis the raw beans are cleaned. The roasting is done seperately: one quality with the same quality, as coffee of different origins needs different times and temperature to roast the coffee is moreover toasted slowly and at a low temperature to have a homogeneity of cooking both inside and outside. The cooling off is done by aircooling so that the product has a low humidity and thus yields more. In this way a full-bodied, aromatic and sweetsmelling coffee is obtained, ideal for the Espresso coffeepot.
